How does it work?
When a visitor arrives at your location, they will be connected to the reception via an intercom system. The door will be opened remotely by the receptionist and the visitor will have access to the lobby area. Within this area, the visitor will be presented with a large-format display screen where they will confirm who they are, and who they are there to see. The receptionist will then contact the relevant tenant in the complex by email or phone and either advise the visitor to wait for a permit or to get permission to go to the relevant floor/office. Throughout this whole exchange, the receptionist is able to observe the situation via a camera directed towards the display screen. The ability to accept packages or registered mail is also possible. With the secure safe lockers in the lobby, which are operated by card readers, the tenant of the property can pick up their package from the safe at a later time or date.
